Preparation of dialysis machines for patient treatments. Worked as a member of a multidisciplinary team, along with Nephrologist and clinicians to plan and implement prescription for performing all the different modalities of Renal Replacement Therapy (RRT). Monitor Water Treatment Systems (WTS), conduct Water Quality Testing (WQT) and maintain water plants to ensure purity, safety and adequacy of Dialysis Water used in HD Treatment, preventing waterborne infections and contamination. Experience in implementing Sustained Low-efficiency Dialysis (SLED), Hemodiafiltration (HDF), Therapeutic Plasma Exchange (TPE), Continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis (CAPD), etc.. Experience in vascular access management [cannulations of AV fistula and AV graft, initiation of dialysis through catheters(IJC/Permcath) and educating patients about vascular access care].. Acquainted knowledge in handling complications during dialysis and post-dialysis. Performed routine maintenance and troubleshooting of dialysis equipment. Maintained accurate records of all treatments and procedures performed on patients
