I will attempt to make this as brief as possible. In the past, my last job was to be an interpreter over the phone, Spanish-English, and I've dealt with over 2,000 hours of interpreting for hospitals, banks, insurance companies, social workers, sometimes even attorney offices. I even got to handle a couple calls from police stations, mostly from the United States and the United Kingdom. I believe I also had calls from Canada. And I really enjoyed that job because I got lots of comments of praises for my job. So my other experiences were in schools working with kids with special or disabilities, better said, where I had to help them to get integrated with the environment and with the academic expectations that they had on them according to the grade they were in. There were two kids in second grade and there was one kid, actually two kids in ninth grade as well. And prior to that, I had been working in IT companies due to being studying IT technologies in the university, but I ended up switching my career to psychology because I consider myself a people's person and I wanted to work better on that.
Good afternoon, my name is Bernardo Boitis, and I am applying for the remote dispatcher position. I believe I will be great for this position because I am very good at handling customers, and I have very good people skills, and I dealt with companies with phone attention in the U.S. in the past. Thank you.
