Went out into the community with the CDF team to help people apply for bursaries, then collected the completed applications.. Sorted applications by ward and by secondary school or university, with a separate group for applicants with disabilities.. Entered every application into Excel, checking each record against the original application and correcting mismatches so the numbers could be trusted.. Filtered and organised the data the way managers asked, and built structured Excel reports on funding allocations and project progress across departments, to tight deadlines.. Helped hand out bursary cheques to eligible recipients once they were processed.. Handled large volumes of sensitive applicant information and kept it confidential.
