To assess report of loan application/facilitate requested by customers for correctness and completion. To advise clients on financial and economic issues that could affect their credit application. To appraise credit application. To prepare reports pertaining to credit facilities management. To monitor credit facilities and projects and ensure proper use of funds. To make follow up and ensure adequate servicing of credit facilities. To maintain close follow up of irregular accounts and report on them. To capacitate client by providing training and business advisory services.. To prepare fund records (loan files), keep them safely and updated as required. To perform any other duties as may be assigned by supervisor.

Promoting Watu credit or Watu simu services in collaboration with Samsung brand in Dodoma. Educating customers on the benefits and features of Samsung products and Watu services. Organizing and executing promotional events and campaigns to increase brand awareness. Providing excellent customer service and addressing inquiries regarding Samsung products and Watu services. Collaborating with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and strategies.
