Answer the phone calls in English and Spanish from customers, in order to solve their cell phone issues and also assist them when asking for cell phone plans, Assist customers when they wanted to buy new equipment or if they needed to get fixed their actual equipment.

Weekly analysis of material purchasing needs and follow up to the receiving of the materials in order to request to the warehouses to distribute them and request to transfer them to the sewing facilities, Analysis of the materials excesses that were on the warehouses at Honduras and send the list or details of them to the other factories in other countries in order to reduce inventories and avoid the purchasing of more materials in the corporation, Material consumption analysis in order to verify that they were used according with the standards that the company already had, KPI measurements of the different processes that were made in Material Planning Department.

Inventory levels measurement of cut goods and materials on the different areas of the company, such as production floor and warehouses, Creation of Audit processes for the different areas of the facility in order to assure the correct usage of cut goods and materials, and to take care of them when transferring them from one area to other, Material consumption analysis in a monthly basis, KPI follow up for the receiving of cut goods and materials, also for what was used or consumed on production floor and how they were shipped, Prepared and supervised the monthly physical inventories that had to be made by the end of each month in order to quantify what was physically in the company against what the inventory analysis and reports had.

Creation of Production plans according to USA corporation requests, Daily follow up to the production orders that were scheduled to be completed on a certain date, Weekly meetings with production manager and supervisors in order to verify status of production plans and get solutions for any issue that would be affecting the process, Material projection requirements in order to get the actual inventory levels and be aware of what was needed to be purchased for next production plans, Weekly accomplishment reports of production plans and material consumptions.

Responsible to supervise the different activities of the plant planners, Weekly meetings with plant planners in order to review the results and accomplishment of production plans and priority orders requested by USA planning team, Corporative meetings in order to review the company results related to all the planning department KPIs, Attend weekly conference calls with USA planning team and planners at Honduras.

Developing of projects that would help to increase the plant efficiency, by working on production cells, looking for better working methods by reducing distances from one machine to other and by reducing movements while making a sewing operation, Studies of actual production cells layouts in order to reduce working area to get free space that could be used to place more production cells, Time studies and mapping studies to different working processes, Daily studies to the takt time or restriction operation of every production cell in order to measure the improvements that these operations had to gain a higher efficiency and achieve the company efficiency goal, Working meetings with several departments in order to make brain storms to get the better ways to make the processes that would help to achieve the engineering department KPIs.

Receiving of customer requisitions for new garment styles, and analysis of the materials and processes that these new styles would need, Transfer the production order to the production department and operation department when already having all the materials and what was needed to produce the production samples, Follow up to the status of the production samples requested, in order to give these details to the customers, Daily and weekly sewing and packing production plans, Attend conference calls with customers, At planning department, I had the responsibility of making the weekly production plans, Request to USA Corporation the materials that were missing to cover customer needs, Daily contact with USA planners of the corporation to give them status of actual and future plans, Weekly meetings with other departments of the company, Audits at the production floor to verify the correct use of the materials and physical status of the weekly plans that needed to be completed, Translation of quality specs from English to Spanish.
