In SITEL, I was in 3 different campaigns for them, 1st I was in Cricket -Retention Specialist I was responsible to attend inbound calls from customers who where threatening to cancel their service so it was my duty to make sure I retained them from cancelling, 2nd Choice Hotel – Customer Service Rep, I was attending inbound calls from customer who wanted to establish a reservation to stay in any hotel in the US was my duty to provide all specifications to the hotel they selected to meet there requirements. 3rd Money Gram – Customer Service, I was attending inbound calls from customer who needed to verify they money transfer if they were needing to make changes or modification to the transfer is my duty to make sure I was qualifying and validating identity before we proceeded with any change.

I was attending inbound calls from customers who were seeking a better and modern phone based on their lifestyle needs. It was my duty to ask specific questions to understand the type of characteristic they were seeking on a phone and I was to seek out our inventory for the right phone that fits there lifestyle and guiding them to the check out process.
