Daily trip requests. Approval of trip authorizations forms. Inspection of all vehicles before and after the trip. Reconciliation of monthly standby and overtime forms. Responsibility of checking all logbooks and fuel records daily. Monthly reports to G Fleet and to the ASD's office. Submission of leave forms to Human Resource Management. Calling the bank to book vehicles for services and other related queries. Follow up with merchant for booked vehicles. Responsibility of all license disk renewals. Ensuring that all keys and petrol cards are safely locked in the safe. Other admin related duties including filling, attending to incoming calls

Always maintained a clean and hygienic safety environment for all learners and staff. Cleaning all classrooms, staff rooms, admin offices including the principal’s office. Emptying all rubbish bins, separating recyclables. Placing wet floors signs to prevent accidents also following safety and health protocols. Restock washroom supplies

Responsible for protecting a property, its assets, personnel and visitors. Serve as a visible deterrent to crime, monitor for safety hazards, control access and act as the first point of contact during emergencies. Observing premises through CCTV cameras, alarm system and electronic gate logs. Conducting both internal and external foot or vehicle patrols to check for unlocked doors, signs of forced entry or property damage. Monitoring the property for hazards like fire risks, wet floors or malfunctioning safety equipment like fire extinguishers and emergency exits
