Well, I'm gonna tell you a little bit about myself. I have plenty of experience, not only on logistics. I worked with them like four years, and also have experience on a compliance department. I was working before logistics, I was working on remedly. I was on the customer protection team. I was working with the first filter on the compliance department. I think like I have plenty of experience on this because I am able to identify not only documents, I'm also able to identify issues and solve them immediately. No, like, need to confirm, need to check. No, I need to straight to the point, like really quick, really fast. We need to be on time on everything.

One of the tools that I used the most was Trucker Tools. Also, we used Samsara, and the last one, one of the most real was Trucker Tools. I think it's really easy to use it. You don't have to be like calling the driver like, hey, where are you located? Please confirm if you are able to arrive on time to the pickup location. You can also, or you can simply check on Trucker Tools and confirm if the driver is near because it provides you the time he is far from the, from the location or how many miles he needs to drive in order to arrive to this place.

I think one of the biggest challenges that we face on logistics, it is accidents. I think it's one of the most or the biggest challenge because we need to take a resolution on this really fast. So we need to contact with the driver, just confirm if he is okay, if he doesn't suffer like a big issue or a big broken or something. So we need to get this fast, like, hey, are you okay? Are you able to continue with this delivery or this pickup? Please let us know or let us know if we have to get another driver or we need to contact with the company to work with so we can get, you know, a better way to solve this faster. I think that the best way to face all the challenges that we have on logistics is be calm and contact with them really quick.

I was working on the track and trace department. I was also working on the billing department. When I was on the track and trace department, I have to contact with the drivers or dispatchers to confirm about if the driver is going to arrive early to the pickup or delivery location. I was able to contact with the most of them who were carriers. So, I think that the best way to achieve these procedures is to contact directly with the carriers or the drivers just to confirm about the issues they have or if they have an accident. I think the best way to achieve everything on logistics is direct contact.
