Hi, my name is Elisa Martinez. I'm a mother of two children. I live in San Marcos with my mother and them. I studied at the University of El Salvador Modern Languages. I speak French, English, and Spanish. I went to France on 2016. I was a teaching assistant for Spanish. And after that, I returned to El Salvador. On 2017, I started working at Telus as a customer service representative. I learned how to read a bill, how to explain the customer how to use their roaming, or how to use different add-ons that we have available in that moment. After that, I changed to the IoT side. There we work with different platforms like Jasper, Vodafone, Fleet Tracker, that are the GPS. And also, I learned on how to read the bill and provide details about the charges to the customer, send different emails providing the support that they need. Also for the Jasper side, this is a self-serve platform. So we explain the customer on how to use the platform, how to use the different tabs that we have there. And in case that the customer doesn't understand, we schedule the training and give follow-ups to the customer by email so they can understand and use the service by their own. Also, I learned how to troubleshoot SIM cards and networks so the customer can have a good service from the Telus side.
