The strategy would be to call them, use courtesy, and if you can't find them via direct line, you can try and say their number and contact them via WhatsApp, even send me a text. The same with the logistics team. If we can make a group, WhatsApp, whereby with the logistics team and drivers, for that before any challenge that I get, I post to them, and then they can see it immediately and maybe respond. And on the other hand, maybe contacts or if we were with some kind of live chat. Thank you.

The most important thing is to call the logistics team and also call the customer, first of all, that they know there is a problem. Then the next thing is to find out if you can be able to find another route or reroute to the customer's direction. Then, after that, you want this to inform both the logistics and the customer the delay time. Then you agree with them that we can continue with the delivery.

They were shutting the vehicles at you cook in Midrand, and then I took my car and then I went there. A friend of mine is working for you cook. And then I was uploaded on the app temporarily, used my app, and then I went to deliver. I took about 31 boxes for 39 stocks, and I continued to, but because the vehicle could not take all the boxes, so I had to go to Pretoria and deliver a few boxes first and then went back to Midrand and collected the rest and continued with my deliveries in Pretoria. And I was supposed to be done by 6, but because of the app crashed also, I had to deliver manually, take the address on the box, put it on Google Maps, and also use the numbers that sell numbers on the box to call the customers. And then I finished late, about 30 minutes or 45 minutes late. So, but I think it was a good job that I've done.

You cook, which I'm not doing anymore because of not issues because I was just actually a trial. And then actually, and then what happened is I was having, they gave me 31 boxes which I should deliver to 29 customers and I was using an app, but the app to deliver that they also gave me the GPS location crashed. Therefore, I used, I had to deliver manually. And I continued to deliver manually, but also at that time I was using a car, so I only took half of the stock and I had to deliver a few of them, then went back and took the rest. The time for completing the delivery was supposed to be around 6 or 12 p.m., but because I was delivering manually and I had to go back twice, mid-rent to Pretoria, uh deliveries were in Pretoria, I, let me just...

Call either the customer, even the logistic team, if maybe the app that we're using to deliver has got a live chat on it, then I can go via through live chat and speak to the team.

Communication via LiveChat on the app or using WhatsApp. With the team, we should have maybe a WhatsApp group. I can post any challenges I face and whatever, and we can discuss it immediately. With the customer, I will call the customer. If I can't get hold of them, I will try and use WhatsApp, save their number, and call them via WhatsApp. Thank you.

Pickup sometimes, which means that there's no more work. I used to work with Pickup, let me put it clearly. So, what we use to communicate, when there's a live chat in the app itself, with the live chat, you can communicate with the team, the logistics team via live chat, but that is a problem because it will delay, the response will take too long. Then, on one project, we also use what we call the WhatsApp. So with the WhatsApp, we have a group of all the drivers and also the logistics team or supervisors in the warehouse. So whatever challenge I face, I post it on the WhatsApp group, and then I get a response. But most of the time, I try to find a solution because sometimes it takes a long time, unless if it's a question of contact details of the customer, I can't find them and so on. Customers, definitely I call them, but if I cannot find them when I call them direct, sometimes I have to save their number and try them via WhatsApp. Thank you.

First of all, I would contact administration and tell them that there is a road closure. Secondly, contact the customer, explain that there might be delays. And then third thing, I'll try to find a re-route as to how I will be able to get there. Then once I discover via maps or Google's maps on how long, how late will I be to reach the customer, then I'll call both admin and also the customer and tell them that my arrival time will be delayed by so many minutes or hours.

That was a trial error. And I was given about 31 boxes, and what happened is that I used the pickup app, but ultimately the app crashed. Then I had to, I didn't take the boxes back. They were not fitting even. I was using a car by that. So I had to go and deliver a few first, but now I had to deliver them manually using the addresses that were on the box and the contact numbers of the clients. And then after delivering a few boxes, I think about 10 or so, and then I had to go back to the warehouse, collect more parts or the rest of the parcels, and went on and delivered. Well, the time was supposed to finish delivering was around 5, 6, but I was late, I think with 30 minutes, but it was because I had to go and collect twice instead of once and continue with my delivery. I hope that is good enough.

I'm trying for the Onedriver job. I hope everything will go well. I don't know, actually, it doesn't say what I should record here, but I guess I decided I should just maybe speak about the thing that I'm interested in.
