Mainframe Infrastruture Analyst 2

In charge of the first support, maintenance and system availability of the IBM Z Mainframe platform for business-critical production, test and development applications systems., Monitor mainframe batch schedule., Work with the applications team on troubleshooting batch jobs., Continuous improvement of the quality of services and support infrastructure., Monitor performance of the operations environment providing 1st level event and incident response and resolution., Interact with systems and applications to manage the daily operations.(TSO, SDSF, ISPF, IBM Z Workload Scheduler, IBM Dynamic Workload Scheduler)., Provide effective response when answering calls into the ECC Hotline. Serve as the entry point for incidents into the support incident lifecycle., Provide proper turnover reports to other shift/colleagues.
