I have been working in call centers via remote and on site have over 10 years experience on multiple staff positions like Floor Support, SME, Quality Analyst, Trainer and Supervisor. I always break the ice and have a friendly approach with agents and alot of knowledge that I would be more than glad to share and grow with the company. Looking for a stable income, grear work environment and open door policy. Always open for feedback and work my way up the ladder to achive new goals even thought I understand everyone starts from ground zero.
