I am in charge of running all ads that my boss uses to market his company as well as help send invoices and schedule customers' appointments.

At this job, I was receiving outbound calls and cold calling homeowners that had applied or showed interest in selling their home, passing them over to a buyer so they got all the info and offers to selling there home.

Here, I was in a very sweet camp where I got to use all my empathy with elder people and availability to understand their needs. My role in this camp was to have deep conversations to discuss what they were missing in their Medicare and if their deductible was too much for what they had. Explain what offers were available for them that year.
