Assist customers on dispute claims submitted within the app for payments/money movements made either with the card or using the app, investigating and resolving customer ́s inquiries and/or dissatisfaction with the product, filing complaints and guidance on how the app works., Assist peers on how to understand workflows for disputes submitted by customers as well as identifying fraudulent claims, explaining the correct processes for each type of dispute, resolving questions about the app functionality and providing accurate feedback for future instances., Backing up the team leads when out of office, making schedules, assisting teammates with issues or requests. Also, providing coaching sessions when necessary using the S.M.A.R.T. methodology to accomplish the goal set for each session.
