So part of my background with work, I did work for the DHL, the German Curry company. So we have to fill out the CRM internal database for tracking shipments and documents and packages. Also part of me, I have a career working. I was manager of retail stores, so I have to do an internal CRM database for our customers just to check what we call in this country apartado. Sometimes when you don't have enough money for buy the item, you can do like a down payment and you do a monthly pay for three months to a time or get the total pay of the item in order that you can get it in your very own hands. So we do have a CRM internal database. So that's part of my experience doing some CRM.
Well, over the last six years I've been working as a freelance tour guide, and I remember like three months ago there was this couple that they have his last day in the country. And for some somehow they misunderstood that they were scheduling one tour, and when we were getting out of the hotel and doing my briefing, I realized that they were a little bit confused and they attacked they were getting not the one that we were scheduled. So I called the office and explained a little bit the situation, and we rescheduled, not rescheduled, we actually We changed the tour that we were that we were hiding to the one that our customers want to have as in the last day for vacation. So that was a situation that I have to change having a little troubles with the customers.
