Production Team Lead

Assist Production Manager and manage the production lines.. Train team members on the relevant equipment / procedures.. Supply PPE to all employees.. Ensure that production requirements and standards are met consistently.. Make every effort to increase productivity and efficiency without compromising quality. Work cooperatively with the production team to meet quotas and goals. Maintain a clean and safe work area. Observe 5S and all safety guidelines and report safety concerns to management. Process Technician

Ensure line is producing product thats is within specifications and as close to nominal as possible; while maintaining correct draw ratios and annealing ratios. Ensure hourly that dryers are maintaining a full status and if not, communicate to blending tech and ask them to communicate findings. Check product periodically to ensure the Quality Control operator is recording their quality test results accurately and the product is within specification. When using pellet color, visually check color hopper each hour to ensure it is full. Check dryer temperature and dew point. Check process parameters every hour and record each hour. Perform line conditions, making sure to thoroughly inspect and scrutinize the process. Keep the line clean, maintaining all 5S areas at the extruder and winder areas, water off the floor and tools picked up. Ensure legibility of all paperwork submitted. Assist maintenance personnel when needed. Restring broken straps and/or startup line when needed. Assist other technicians as needed. Watch for and correct any safety hazards possible and report all safety hazards to the shift manager. Responsible for all aspects of line operation and/or blending for the specific line. Fill out and submit work orders or safety work orders anything in my direct work area that needs repair. Maintain and inspect PPE. All aspects of winders checked at the beginning of the shift and periodically throughout the shift including programs, tensions and print quality. Verification of heading information and packaging verification on production log sheets. Ensure legibility of all production sheets. Ensure samples are pulled on time. Periodic checks for surface blemishes, in spots, rough edges, etc. Relieve line operators for breaks. Make visual examination of each finished skid for correct packaging, palletizing, written skid weight wrapping and stacking the skids the in the proper place. Ensure that line operators follow all safety expectations and report to shift manager if they do not. Ensure line operators have the correct operating supplies. Ensure that line operators follow all work instructions, procedures, and policies. Train line operators so they know what to do if the line stops and show all locations of emergency stops

Blending Technician

Monitoring and troubleshooting up to 5 blenders, 4 dryers, 7 dumpers and 10 silos to ensure all extrusion lines are pulling the proper raw material and amounts based on the blend recipe for the specific product that is being made.. Responsible for making any blend changes sent over by the engineering team.. Give breaks to machine operators and assist line technicians when bringing up an extrusion line or re-lacing in the event of a line break.. Responsible for banding my skids, disposing of material bags and overall cleanliness of blending decks and blending area at the end of each shift.

Machine Operator

Operate production lines including filling pallets, moving completed pallets, wrapping and staging pallets with a forklift.. Re-lacing winders, properly packaging and labeling completed coils.. Identifying bad coils, bad winders or line malfunctions and reporting them to maintenance.. Filling out daily paperwork that records good coils/bad coils and reasoning for bad coils, recording line breaks and collecting samples of strands for quality control.

General Manager

Operated and oversaw the daily functions of the restaurant resulting in over 2 million dollars in sales annually.. Conducted interviews with applicants and coordinated training programs for each position of the store.. Assistant General Manager

Count tills and collect the daily deposit, fill out DSR/EOD reports and maintain a safe log.. Receive orders from vendors and keep record of daily invoices.. Ordering alcohol and food products from vendors.

Pizzaiola

Stretch out dough according to size, dress the pizza with proper portion of all toppings.. Load pizza into oven and cook at 800 degrees while rotating the pizza to provide an even cook throughout all areas of the pizza.. Stock and rotate all toppings on pizza line.. Clean pizza line and floors, stock wood for ovens, sweep out and clean ovens.

Kitchen Supervisor/Cook

Grab all incoming tickets with orders and designate co workers to make orders while also assigning myself to orders.. Stretch appropriate dough for order, dress pizza with correct portions and load into ovens.. Record daily temperatures and rotate the pizza line.. Run the hoagie line, make orders to specific portion and standard, clean flat top grill and clean station along with floors.

Assistant Manager

Make orders as they come in, keep a consistent work flow amongst employees.. Handle any customer complaints and resolve with satisfaction.. Count tills, driver bags and tips.. Send daily report and lock down the store.
