Oh yes, so my first work experience was at a manufacturing company. Richie's hot bake was the name of the bakery then. So I was the oven operator, so I was just responsible for making sure that the cookies or the sponge cookies are well cooked and the time is correctly set, and also the temperature of the cookies or the sponge cakes is correctly set. So I was managing or rather responsible for the oven.
So what happens is, one of our employees was absent, so I had to take the initiative just to step in and do half of the job so that we can meet our targets. So that's what most of us basically did. So when one is not around, or one just cover for that person so that we make sure that we cover our target for the day or we go monthly.
