To Maintain & update in process standard with reference to the drawing & customer complaints. Poke-Yoke implementation which leads zero rejection, focus on accuracy of tool & components. Updating the Process control standard, Inspection check sheet as per MIS-P & past defect history. Maintain part accuracy as per customer requirements. 100% involvement in new development parts & its fit & function. Develop samples for DP, PP & MPT (Mass Production Trial) & Pilot trial. Knowledge about PPVT (Peak Production Verification Trial)
