Clean laundry area and operate various machines in the laundry (i.e. washing, dryer and pressers.. Iron, fold count and pack laundered items and seal linen/clothes bags.. Collect and deliver linen/clothes to the wards.. Sort, count and record dirty linen/clothes.. Do any other duties delegated by Supervisor

Stocking shelves: Placing items on shelves, ensuring proper organization and placement according to instructions.. Rotating stock: Prioritizing the placement of older items at the front of shelves to minimize waste and ensure they are sold first.. Maintaining shelf order: Ensuring items are in the correct locations and removing misplaced items.. Keeping the store tidy: Maintaining a clean and organized work environment, including sweeping, dusting, and removing debris.. Assisting customers: Helping customers locate items, answering questions, and providing general assistance.. Reporting issues: Notifying managers of damaged or missing items, low stock levels, or safety concerns.. Following safety procedures: Adhering to safety guidelines and protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.

Sorting and Preparation: Separating laundry items by color, fabric type, and cleaning instructions.. Washing: Operating washing machines, ensuring proper detergent and water levels, and following specific instructions for different items.. Drying: Operating dryers, monitoring cycles, and removing items promptly to prevent wrinkles.. Folding and Finishing: Folding or hanging clean items, ironing or pressing, and returning items to their designated storage.. Stain Removal: Identifying and treating stains on laundry items.
