Verifier if the picker if picked the right stock before they dispatch the stock to the customers.. If it's over we send the more stock to inventory and send the amount the customer wanted and if its less we go to inventory to claim the stock that short of it.. We also check the expired date and the damages not to be send to the customers with damages or expired stock.
