Good day, recruitment team. My name is Lupumloso Tawe. I am originally from the Eastern Cape. I currently stay here in Nyanga, East Cape Town. The reason why I'm applying for this job is because I have completed an N6 qualification in public management, which is a field which is related to political and foreign affairs as well, but it has everything to do with the public sector. So I believe that I'm the right fit for the job.
Good day, I'd like to greet all the recruitment team. Now, my name is Lupumlo Sodowe. I am originally from the Eastern Cape, currently stay here in Nyanga, Nyanga East, Cape Town. I'd like to apply for this position, which is foreign and political affairs, because obviously, I do have some, you know, work experience, which is regarding call centers and obviously selling, you know, products. And also...
All right, good day. My name is Lupumlo Sodalwe. I am originally from the Eastern Cape. I currently stay here in Nyanga, Nyanga East, Cape Town. Now, I have a grade 12 and I also did, you know, public management as a course at a private college in the Eastern Cape as well. So I believe I'm the right fit for the job. There is really well within this, you know.
I am originally from Eastern Cape, obviously moved to Cape Town obviously in search for a job. I currently reside in Nyanga and have experience in a number of fields, including call centers, and I've worked for a census counting, which is Stats SA, and also a teacher's assistant as well. So I do have a lot of experience. And on top of that, I do have a driver's license and I have, you know, experience.
All right, this is a continuation of the previous video, but just to answer a question. I remember this one time, right, I had finished my day early. Everything was running smooth, you know, I had, you know, delivered the school children. Only thing that was left basically was the teachers. So on my way back now, you know, from school taking, you know, school teachers to town, I had experienced a tire punch as I was driving. I had a loud noise, boom. And when I went out to check, in the rear view, I noticed that the rear tire had burst. So, you know, I did, you know,

All right, so this is a continuation of the previous video in a way, but just to answer your question there, right? So at this one point, right, I had already finished my day, basically, right? And the only thing that was left for me to do was to take, you know, teachers now back home to where they stay currently in town. So as I was driving, right, I heard a sudden loud noise. Boom. Like when I checked the vehicle to inspect the vehicle, what was going on, I had noticed that the rear tire had burst. And I did have a spare tire to replace it with, but the spare tire that I had wasn't fully pumped for capacity, full capacity so that I can travel with it. All right. So now I found myself in a situation where by now I'm stuck in the road and basically I have no other options but just to wait until any other vehicle comes through. And I just made some calls, but at the time, at the time of the day, I think it was around about 3, 3, half past 3 in the afternoon. There are not many people that are traveling or using that road, basically. So all the people, whether if I would call them, they would say they are still far off in town. So basically now, I had to rely on people that are close by or people would say, you know, people that are just traveling randomly, basically, you know, doing their own chores. And luckily one vehicle had passed by and it happened to be someone that I know of. And I think it's very important for you to have a good relationship, especially with the people that are around where you stay. And the guy obviously was initially offering to offer me a spare tire because our vehicle...
I'm currently in the Eastern Cape, all right, so I remember this one time that I had experienced a tyre punch. And this is in the afternoon, so I've just picked up teachers and I'm heading out to town, sending them back home, right? And while I was travelling, I heard a loud burst. When I checked my vehicle, I noticed that one tyre had burst, right? And unfortunately, I did have a spare tyre, but it was not fully pumped and I didn't have a pump in the vehicle at the time. So basically, I was relying, you know, on other vehicles on the road to help me out, right? So obviously, the teachers are aware of what is currently happening. And this is basically the last trip that I'm gonna take and, you know, send teachers to town and, you know, and then I'll bring back the vehicle home and then I'll park it. So this one incident, right? So it also informed me that it's very important, obviously, to be very much in good terms with the local people because obviously I'm stuck on the road now. I'm out of options and I needed to come up with a solution. So luckily, one vehicle had come through. And because people had known me, they knew me, they were not reluctant, obviously, to help me out. And they wanted to offer me a spare tyre, but But just mentioned that I just informed them that I don't actually need a spare tyre, I just need a pump, actually, just to pump this tyre and I'll be able to figure it out and I'll be gone. And we were able to get assistance right then and there. So we were then obviously pumping the tyre and fitted back on the vehicle and started driving again.
Good day. So firstly, I'd like to first greet the recruitment team and also just to introduce myself a little bit. So my name is Lupumlo Sotawwe. I am originally from the Eastern Cape, currently staying in Nyanga, East, here in Cape Town. So I'm just gonna come out and be honest that I don't have any major experience driving for a major company, I would say, right? However, I do have a driver's license currently, and I have driven, you know, a scholar transport, which is also owned by my mother as well. So at home, there is a vehicle that we use to transport children and teachers. So on a normal daily basis, right, so I wake up around about 4 p.m. and I travel from my location to town. This is a trip that I need to take every morning, right? And take a pickup teachers from town, bring them back to the rural areas, to the nearby school. And obviously after that, I start the normal transportation of children now, right, meaning that now I go around the location, picking up children and send them to school. So there are many instances whereby obviously, I had a tight, you know, I would say tight deadlines, I could put it, right? In most cases, you know, every day it's the case. But what I've found is that it's more important when you find yourself in those situations, communication is very important. Especially if you, let's say you're running late, a few minutes late, you need to inform the people that you're coming to take that, guys, I'm a bit late.
All right, thank you very much for the opportunity. So my name is Lopoomlo Sodawe. I am originally from the Eastern Cape, and I would like to just come out straight out firstly and be honest with the fact that I don't have any experience driving for a major company. However, I do have a driver's license with me, and I've done, obviously, I did some driving while I was in the Eastern Cape for a scholar transport, which is owned by my parents, their vehicle that is at home, that obviously we're using to transport children from back and forth, basically, right? So if you do understand, basically, in the Eastern Cape, obviously you would know that there's a lot of bad roads. When I say bad roads, I mean gravel. So at some point, obviously, vehicles that are driven there break down a lot, so you encounter a lot of challenges as well. So just to bring you back to the point that the question that is explaining here that time would buy it experienced a major setback and how did you, So obviously, so the vehicle basically had a tire punch or something, which is minor in most cases. But I didn't have a spare at the time. So basically because obviously we are working hand in hand, and I know a lot of locals there had negotiated for them to borrow me a spare so that I can make the timely, not necessarily the time of deliveries, but I would say.
All right, good day. So my name is Rupon Loso Dawe. I am originally from the Eastern Cape and I also just want to take this moment and just greet, you know, the recruitment team. I believe that I'm the right fit for the position because I have a driver's license, number one. But most importantly, I have also other experience as well, which I believe that I can bring into the company as well. I don't necessarily have any experience working for a big or major company where I had to make any deliveries, but I do have experience where I was dealing with a scholar transport back in the Eastern Cape. Obviously, you know, there's challenging, you know, background there, I would say, or environment, you know, we're using gravel roads and obviously vehicles get to break down sometimes. And at this point, at this point, the vehicle had broken down, so I had to make extra measures to make sure that I meet, make sure that I reach the deadline.
