I pay attention to little details. If I see anything wrong, I will make sure that I'm vigilant and focus on things that are not good and pay attention to them to solve the problem. And I'm so organized in a way that the environment I'm working on, it's very calm. If it's busy, I put my mind at the point that I know that this is a job. Even if it's busy, I have to focus and pay attention to every little detail and I'll discuss with my employer, telling them that I see that side there are, there is business, so we discuss and how to solve or how to maintain steadiness. I will calm down myself so that I will focus better and know that everything can become busy at any moment, so we can sort all, all things. And I organise everything in a manner that I want people to understand that I'm working with, I'll have to be organised so that we won't be confused in the environment that we are as it's busy. So we're gonna work together, even I, I will be more concerned that I'm not disturbed concerning the business that I'm seeing or that I'm viewing. I with my team, we work together and focus on things that are more concerning to start out. We discuss how we're going to solve the issue when we get through it by talking to each other, focusing, no fight, no nothing, we just get to agree that this is the job that we have to finish. And we focus on that and with the time is going to work together and contribute also with the problem that we are facing. That's all.

I was focusing on how to just trust my people. I was focusing on how to work hard and provide for my company and be an excellent employee. So I will be grateful to work with you guys. I'm not happy to say that from this day, I'm capable of working under pressure. I like for you to hire me so that we move really well together. Even when I'm under pressure, I focus, I tend to sleep, and I do focus on my work. Here was really where I was working with a good pay rate and the contract ended. So I will wish to work with you guys really well. I will make you proud and everything that you tell me to do, besides the wrong ones, I will do. I will ask questions if I'm not understanding what you guys want me to do to have a better knowledge of what I should do, considering the job that I'm doing.
