I began working as an administrative and legal assistant for this company based in the United States, even though they have a company in Colombia. I worked with them for almost four years. I received payments, processed payments through different platforms, entered payment information for the finance team, responded to chargebacks, managed and organized case files, communicated personally with clients via WhatsApp or email, handled collections, drafted legal documents such as contracts and letters, and assisted the attorneys in preparing materials for trials and hearings by gathering documents we already had from the clients. Then I became manager and I was in charge of a team, also I made the interviews and I was the recruiter and the trainer. Even though I had no prior knowledge or training in any of those fields, I quickly adapted and learned the ropes. Within a few months, I was promoted to some others departments responsible for providing all necessary information and documents to the jobs., I consider myself a self-driven person who constantly seeks improvement. That's why in the lack and need of the company at the moment I developed work processes and organizational charts to assist new employees, eventually becoming a trainer and expert in Canva, Telegram, WhatsApp and our CMR Picallex and AuthorizationNet., I also supervised the Remote Team, which enhanced my organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills. I also involved myself areas that needed improvement and support, gaining experience in appointment setting, inbound calls, customer support, scheduling, and directing team meetings. Additionally, I supported the CEO and Office Manager with their schedules, automated letters in our CRM system, and created templates for various communications.
