Provide dedicated one-to-one support to an individual student with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), helping the student feel safe, supported, and comfortable throughout the school day.. Build a trusting and positive relationship with the student while respecting their individual needs, communication style, and pace of learning.. Support the student in understanding classroom instructions, participating in lessons, completing activities, and developing greater independence.. Use ABA-informed strategies such as positive reinforcement, prompting, and modeling to encourage learning, communication, appropriate behavior, and confidence.. Support communication, social interaction, emotional regulation, transitions, and daily classroom routines with patience and consistency.. Work closely with and under the supervision of the classroom teacher and relevant school support professionals to follow agreed strategies and provide consistent support.. Observe the student’s progress and behavior, communicate important observations to the appropriate school staff, and support ongoing learning goals.. Maintain a calm, safe, respectful, and supportive environment and treat the student with patience, dignity, and understanding.

Provide one-on-one support for children with special needs in a home setting. Implement individualized intervention plans (ABA-based). Support communication, play, and daily living skills development. Use behavior management strategies (reinforcement, prompting). Collect data and monitor progress toward goals.
