Co-founded ZZ Dash, a full retail & delivery SaaS platform (Glovo/Uber Eats scope + POS + full back-office): 8+ web & mobile apps — consumer app, rider app, store management, POS, inventory & purchasing, HR, wallet, and back-office admin.. Sole technical decision-maker: full-stack architecture, DevOps (AWS, Jenkins, Docker, Nginx), code review, and engineering team leadership across 3 engineers.. Validated with 2 full production restaurant deployments — real-time order management, inventory tracking, rider dispatch, and POS all running without incident.

Took ownership of the team's hardest/most complex tasks, architecture decisions, and code review.. Ran team meetings and individual performance assessments; mentored developers on improvement areas.. Managed delivery and task tracking via ClickUp.

Root-caused and fixed a production-down Node.js/MongoDB incident via custom profiling, cutting peak CPU from 100% to under 50%. Built a RabbitMQ-based rate-limiting Fetch Server eliminating recurring IBM Maximo API blocks. Migrated Maximo auth from OSLC to API-key. Led the MAXAPPS mobile app's Expo SDK upgrade (42 to 47). Designed imxLogger, a real-time log-aggregation platform (MERN + RabbitMQ) now in production across 6 enterprise clients internationally.

Solo-designed and built a fully configurable analytics dashboard platform: a React web builder (drag-and-drop, 10+ chart/widget types) driving a React Native/Expo app with real-time data via Node.js/Socket.IO, KPI alerting, and offline-capable filtering. Architected a dynamic, config-driven system scaling to 100+ charts per dashboard; later integrated into Imaxeam's MAXAPPS product. Solved a client-data access blocker via a Node-RED simulation layer emulating backend data feeds.

Led a Material UI v4 to v5 migration, built D3.js analytics dashboards, and improved API performance for Sentinel, a social-media monitoring/listening SaaS.. Promoted to lead a small team refactoring the Sentinel backend for performance and reliability (full error handling, consistently performant APIs).. Shipped a drag-and-drop question-builder feature and a dashboard POC presented by Branper at a small-business challenge event in Morocco.

Taught 2 cohorts of a MERN stack course (JavaScript, React, Node.js, MongoDB); mentored students on their end-of-study graduation projects.. Delivered a one-day React Native/Expo workshop for ENISO Sousse's Junior Entreprise club.
