Monitoring drivers deliveries.. Scheduling trips opening/closing trips.. Issuing PDA according driver/assistants details and tracking deliveries. Solving issues for drivers on the road and issues of PDA. Outlook was one way of communicating with Head office on repairs of devices and Microsoft Excel daily reports and stock control of devices being issued per day and received or not damage/damaged devices are to be sent to head office about further inquiries.. CRM Dashboard to keep track of drivers deliveries.. And are customers signing of on the SOG device/PDA these devices are called Zebra and are used in the courier industry to keep track of deliveries.. As a PDA controller we had to work under pressure getting scold at drivers sometimes and issuing and receiving devices was a real stress but we managed and had to improvise to get things moving I learned a lot about the industry in those 2 years about logistics.

Chalk and cone the aircraft when engineer shows thumbs up.. Offloading of baggage/cargo. Loading of baggage/cargo in approximately 35min max.. Follow airport rules. Ground support handling. Remove chalk and cones when flights about to depart.. And follow the 10 Golden rules of company.. Report any suspicious activities.. You have the right to see ur colleagues permit..
