Support the Public and Private Sector (on consultation) with SHERQ Management, clinical and technical resources regarding specialized tertiary Occupational Health and Safety issues. Coordinate Occupational Health and Safety and Employee Wellness as well as DPSA Framework compliance. Offer Accredited Health and Safety Representatives Training to the Free State Department of Health, other Public Sector and (Private Sector) on request. Coordinate and facilitate Seminars, Workshops related to Occupational Health and Safety and Employee Wellness. Identify, Conduct and Support Occupational Health and Safety related Research.
