As I mentioned, I was super secure, so I used to manage stock. I created this document called the stock control binder. So what this document does, it used, we used to use that document to track everything that we received immediately. So when we receive something, we just make sure we put that thing, the product on the, on that controller binder, just to know what we received this month and what we'll receive this week. So it used to track month, week, day, if we receive stock day. That's what it does. That's how I stayed organized.
As I mentioned before that one was a superpower, it's a super, I think that any kiosk. So the whole thing, the thing that I used to do personally, I created this binder after I called control stock binder. So every time when there is a stock, I just took like check the number of the webbing, check the product that's in the webbing, and then I put them on the stock controller and then put in the manufacturing date to find out when the product is expiring or when was it manufactured. So we determined the date of expiring by following the date of manufacture of the manufactured goods. Let's say the pods are always there displayed as, we call them pods. So they have a lifespan of one year. So yeah. Let's say they were manufactured, let's say in December 2025. And then what we do, I just take that December 2025 and took on that control binder. And the binder itself, it will calculate the exact date when the pod will be expiring. Let's say if it's December, it's gonna be December 2025 and the 30th of December. So it calculates the same day. So that's how I used to organize my hierarchy and my stock. And we never had any variances when we were doing stock count. We just made sure that everyone knows their position and they know their role and they know what to do when there is a stock and they know what to expect if there's something that's expired and what to do and what to do with them and where to place them.
The only safety protocol that I remember involves protecting the stock and involved protecting the products. If it's a safety protocol of where the industries happen, industrial work happens, if I'm being honest, I've never found myself in that kind of situation where I had to follow that kind of a safety protocol that was put in place to protect everyone and everything operating in that section of area. But what I know about myself is that if I find myself in that same situation, I will specifically adhere to the protocols that are there. I mean, I still remember this time when I was in virtual office during virtual phone committee day. So they had us in this quarantine, so we were quarantined all the time, make sure we were wearing a mask, sanitizing ourselves, and just keeping our distance. That's the only safety protocol that I remember at this moment, but we did make sure that safety and everything was followed and no zero cases of infection was reported. And going back to the stock thing, whenever the stock lost, we made sure that everything was safe. No loss of cash, no loss of anything, or any of the equipment of the company. So, yeah.

Hello again. Actually, I do remember the time when I was working as part of the team. So when we were completing the task, I was a supervisor. So I was the head of the team and we did complete the task and the prescribed time, and they wanted us to move stock from one kiosk to another. So I was in charge of seeing the thing, of overseeing all the progress that was happening in that situation. So the outcome was very, very satisfying. Everyone was satisfied. It's just that we were all tired when we were done, but the outcome was satisfying and I was playing ahead of the operation and I was overseeing the operation.
