Plating Process Engineer
Start up the plating line since the building and installation of tanks until make up of the plating baths and reach optimal parameters to run projects for OEM ́s like BMW, FORD, GM, Mercedez Benz, Audi and Lucid Motors.. Manage 3 plating process engineers, 3 team leaders and 24 operators.. Rack designer for all the projects running in the line with a training in Germany in the HQ.. Rack chief developing automatic cycle count for preventive and corrective maintenance, rack storage, and 5 ́s.. Bath Control through SPC charts (chemical and additives).. Annual and weekly maintenance plan for the plating line (filters, rinses, process tanks).
Plating Process Engineer
Start up the plating line to make up all the plating baths as preplate and electroplating surrounded by a very large team to run the biggest line in México (35k m3) supported by an American team we accomplished setting up parameters to run 2k parts successfully.. Attend scrap meetings with Mexico and USA to give corrective actions according test lab and root cause analysis.
