Working with teams. So to solve, to contribute and solve the problem working with teams, it's all based to self-control and understand each other. You don't have to higher your temper. You have to always have a good listening skills and good communication and respect each other. So the solution is, it's based to understand each other actually. Nothing much. And respect, it's number one, and loyalty. That's the only thing I can see by working in teams, you have to respect each other.

Working in teams is good because of we come with different ideas. So when you come with different ideas, we put on the table, so up until we come with a solid and a concrete. So I love working with teams and I enjoy meeting new people every day and I love challenges. So for me, I don't see any problem working with a team. It's a good thing. Thank you.
