I was responsible for assisting in explaining to the voters the registration requirements and the voting process in a clear and impartial manner.. I was responsible for checking voters identity documents and checking their names and surnames if they are on the ballot of the voter roll database.. I was also responsible for checking if their physical addresses were under their wards and registering them into the voter roll database system if they were not found and updating registration details for voters who have changed their residential address or other personal information.. Adhering to all electoral laws and regulations regarding voter registration. This includes ensuring that all information received is accurate and that the registration process is fair and transparent.
