Assets Verification. Assign barcode to all fixed Assets purchase and Invoices. Inspect all good receive, Make note of any damage and discrepancies and ensure the good delivered match the order. Room barcode / Tool Barcode. Assets Disposal n Scrapping. Transfer of Assets ( Internal n External ). Locate newly Purchased asset on the floor to determine the barcode number of the asset and allocate to the current year. Update Inventory List. Safe guarding of Asset / Spot check of Asset. Update all paid invoice in the register of payment for reporting purposes. Procurement. Maintenance of proper record, filling and safekeeping for all accounting documents.
