Supervise workflow and labour issues according to OPS requirements.. Handling all transport related queries and departures/arrival.. Assist in Ad-hoc projects that are assigned to the job.. Resolve conflicts among staff and department.. Supervise deliveries/collections and related paperwork.. Route planning and monitoring.. Closing and Opening of branch.

Educate and work closely with the community with regards to sexually transmitted infections (STIs) including HIV & Aids.. Conduct basic lay counselling and HIV testing including CD4 count in a structured environment.. Provide Pre and Post HIV test counselling.. Screening community for TB and Data capturing.. Enrolling TB positive patients and referring HIV positive clients for further management.. Registering TB Suspects on the suspect register on a daily basis.. Driving the Team to various locations, Daily Vehicle inspection and filing. Ensure proper usage and maintenance of the program vehicles.. Linkage to care (Art patients, TB diagnosed patients). Tracing of the defaulters (TB & ART and linking to care).. Offering comprehensive care package by screening (INDEX CASES for TB, Offering HTS and STI) to their contacts.. Working closely with DOH and Facilities (Waterberg) on conducting Defaulter Tracing also contact screening.. Delivering Specimen to NHLS for processing and collecting results.

AGYW Clinical team to be driven to various locations throughout the district to render clinical trials.. Assist reacting gazebos for clinical team to perform their duties on a daily basis.. Tracking of referrals forms tracing and linkage to care all recipients.. Conduct follow up and referrals on identified learners requiring health and other services that cannot be provided on site through routine school health services.. Conducting screening of TB, STI and HTS services on site refer to linkage to care if not provided on site.. Assisting the clinical team on record keeping and other administration requirements if necessary.. MIET Africa and Zakheni implementing modality 1 together and linking to care as a linkage officer for both NGO’s.. Assist the clinical team on tracing of AGYW using PrEP and doing follow ups on missed appointments.. Linkage of AGYW’s to Childline Gauteng for Behavioural and Structural Support.. Assist on conducting IQC on a weekly basis, issuing of male/female condoms, waste management and data capturing.
