Perform abrasive blasting on steel, metal structures, equipment, and various surfaces.. Prepare surfaces by removing rust, paint, corrosion, dirt, and other contaminants.. Operate and maintain sandblasting equipment, compressors, hoses, and blasting nozzles.. Follow required blasting specifications, surface preparation standards, and safety procedures.. Conduct visual inspections to ensure surfaces meet required quality standards.. Use appropriate PPE and maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area..
