Executed and monitored offshore and onshore pipeline pre-commissioning activities on 20", 30" and 32" systems, including flooding, pigging/gauging, hydrotesting, dewatering, air drying, dew-point monitoring and nitrogen purging/packing.. Supported equipment readiness and field operation involving pumps, air compressors, dryers and nitrogen systems; monitored pressure, flow, volumes and operating limits and assisted with troubleshooting during execution.. Participated in the 32" Riser Factory Acceptance Test at the TOFCO Yard, covering readiness verification, gauging, flooding, hydrotesting, dewatering, drying and N₂ purging/packing.. Coordinated operational handovers, client-facing field activities and technical reporting, including compilation of the As-Built Final Report package from approved procedures and signed field records.
Gasket and Valve Technical Inspector
Inspected gasket and valve materials, model identification, pressure ratings, dimensions, coatings and configurations against technical requirements.. Verified valve function, equipment identification and tagging, and reviewed technical documentation and certifications, building practical familiarity with mechanical components and specification compliance.
