I'm always there when the truck is being loaded. I'm always there. I have to check that everything is nicely loaded. I have to make sure that everything is loaded according to the invoice because some of the time you find that the items on the invoice are not there. So where I'm working, where I was working with the drivers, we have to make sure that when the loaders are loading, we are always there checking everything that is, everything is loaded nicely. So that when you go out there, you don't get in the truck and try to look for something that is not there. So we, I have to make sure that my truck is nicely loaded because I am responsible for the stock. I am responsible for everything, the brakes, if it happens that the stock is broken, then I'm responsible for that to make sure that it's sitting nicely where it's supposed to be seated so that it doesn't get damaged.

Yes, with regard to pre-trip inspection, I do make sure that my invoices are lined up according to the customers on the FTP platform, the first one down to the last one. I put them accordingly and the truck inspection, I have to make sure that everything is fine. The wheels are nicely inflated and then when the fuel is right, the water is right, everything I do, look after my truck, I make sure that everything is right and I make sure that I'm also well, like, physically. I sleep well so that I can make sure that tomorrow morning I am well for the whole trip, like when I'm doing the north-west trips, so I have to make sure that I am well. I'm drinking water, I sleep well, and look after my truck, make sure that the tea is clean, the wheels are well-inflated, everything is there, the chair, the triangles, everything is working nicely before I take the trip. I do have some nice experiences when I was doing something because there are customers that are difficult. They want you to take the stock where you know where the stock is supposed to be packed. Then we do that like you thought and you concern thought and you are wise. I know that the customer always comes first. Whatever the customer is saying, it is right. Just follow the orders from the customers so that the customers can be happy. We do that with ease. We don't complain. I personally am a person who's working with customers and then with these customers, customer services in fact. Always smiling with everyone, even at work where I'm currently working. I do have a very good relationship with everyone. I do have a smile with everyone. I don't have any hatred towards anyone. I can consult the problems with ease.
