My name is Samuel Rios. I lived in the United States for 35 years, now I live in Tijuana. I have four years of call center experience, namely from outbound, warm leads, sales appointment setting for a solar panel company, debt collection. I'm interested in this position part-time, internet ads.
So I've been, I used to live in the United States in San Diego, California, for 35 years. Now I'm here living in Tijuana. I've been working in call centers. First call center I worked for actually closed down. I was doing uh solar panel sales, appointment setting. Um Then after that, it was back office. I would just verify documents. And then after that, I got another job, doing customer service, uh auto loan. It was inbound, outbound, um taking payments, uh very uh angry customers. I had to deal with that, uh you had to keep your cool. Um I like I mentioned, uh I saw a Facebook ad about something about, you know, dispatch, about trucking. That interested me a lot uh because I, what I used to do in the United States is uh shipping and receiving coordinator. I would receive all the trucks, uh all the documents. Uh The driver will come to me and show me their paperwork. Uh They had to be everything correct, the shipping numbers. Uh So that's what I think I'm a good candidate for your position.
Okay, like I mentioned, so here in Mexico, I've been working in call centers for the last four years, and anything from cold calls, warm leads, uh customer service, solar panels, uh auto loans, uh back office documents, um, so that's something relevant, I could uh be helpful.
Okay, so back in the day, I would be receiving trucks and I was coordinating with the buyers, the sales persons that were gonna deliver the trucks. And I had to, as the receiving coordinator, I had to make the trucks wait out there for a while while we had to make space for the warehouse. They sometimes will come in at the same time, you know, once every hour, and I would just coordinate. Sometimes email the salespersons, the buyers, project managers to see what's going on.

So in some relevant experience in receiving trucks, I would have to, if they didn't have their bill of lading or shipping order, I would have to contact the sales person to know if they're actually, what the, if they have any documents, uh any questions uh why they, you know, what they're delivering, any missing documents. So I had a call the trucking company also if I get those emailed to me, or something similar. I was, I used to work with something similar.
