Prepare lesson plans, teaching classes and evaluating student progress. Encourage students and acting as an advisor for students. Update records and reports on the academic and social needs of the students. Conduct regular tests to assess students understanding of lessons taught.

Supervising classroom teaching to ensure teachers follow lesson plans and curriculum standards. Observing lessons and giving feedback for improvement. Helping new or struggling teachers with guidance and mentoring. Teaching Dangme language grammar, vocabulary, reading, and composition. Preparing lesson plans and schemes of work based on the national curriculum. Teaching students how to speak and write Dangme correctly. Promoting Ghanaian cultural values, traditions, proverbs, and oral literature.
