Transport passengers to and from destination in a comfortable, safe and efficient manner.. Drive the Trade Commissioner and/or British High Commission colleagues to business meetings and events.. Ensure vehicles are maintained, cleaned and fuelled in readiness for their passengers, recce the address if unknown beforehand and to be waiting for passengers 10 minutes before the scheduled pick up times.. Report all vehicle faults to the transport manager at the earliest opportunity.. Ensure all log sheets are correctly filled in with the correct time, passenger details, fuel details and mileage.. Ensure all credit card transaction forms are correctly filled in and submitted by the deadline.. Ensure all overtime is submitted on time..
