Resolving contractors queries for outstanding work pack. Account reconciliations. Walking down the line to insure the right specific pipes are installed. Analysing consumption for welding rods and welding material for accounts that have inconsistent usage, and subsequently reporting, forwarding and tracking for further auctioning by different departments. Signing up the ITPL for the correct standard completion. Reviewing Red –correx and P & ID drawings. Conducting meetings with clients to discuss and agree on the value of the adjustment to be raised on the account. Job-card analysis following field visits by field teams. Ensuring that the job cards created for system updates are done in accordance with standards (providing quality assurance).
