my name is Ulisesarroliga , i am 26 years old ,i am from nicaragua i come from managua i have previous experience as medical biller specialist and patient account specialist as well, the first position i was in it was for medical biller specialist i was checkig eligibility , i recieved 100 account from patients and i ckecked each account one by one ,i needed to verify everithing about the patient info .full name, date of service and procedures codes as well, if i saw the patient had fidelis as insurance i proceded to open the correct website in this case fidelis website in that way i was able to see if the patient was eligible for that date of service that the patient went to the clinic if the patient had everything on te correct way i proceded to send the claim to the correct department in this case i summited the claim to te insurance on that way the insurance would see if they would pay that bill or not and i was in different type of projects as well
