Send out critical dates letter, order any surveys and HOA’s.. Work any curative on the file, requesting any necessary documents/settlements to collect or release all liens/judgements on file.. Work HUD Settlement Statements for cash transactions. Work with lender on balancing the Closing Disclosure.. Disburse funds, prepare the lender’s package, record attorney documents, send out for policy to be drawn up.. Provide administration assistance to the Escrow Officer.
