This full-time role is vital to managing office operations and delivering excellent customer service in the HVAC repair industry. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily office functions to ensure smooth and efficient administrative operations. Coordinate and manage appointment scheduling for AC repair technicians to maximize productivity. Act as the primary customer contact, providing prompt and professional support for inquiries and concerns. Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions, service requests, and follow-ups. Work closely with HVAC technicians to resolve scheduling conflicts and ensure timely service completion. Implement and uphold office policies to foster a productive and positive work environment. Manage office inventory and order supplies to support uninterrupted operations. Required and Preferred Qualifications Strong organizational skills with proven time management and scheduling expertise. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively handle customer service and complaints. Experience in customer service, preferably within HVAC or home services industries. Proficiency with office software, including scheduling and management tools. Previous office management experience is preferred.
