At Circle Logistics, we’re looking for a proactive, organized, and customer-focused Account Specialist to join our Panama team. If you enjoy building relationships, coordinating across teams, solving problems, and keeping multiple priorities moving, this could be a great opportunity for you.
📍 Location: Panama City, Panama🕐 Schedule: Full-Time⭐Advanced English required📄 CV must be submitted in English.
What You’ll DoAs an Account Specialist, you’ll play a key role in customer relationships, account performance, and day-to-day freight operations. Working closely with Account Management and operational teams, you’ll:Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key contactsManage new orders, quoting requests, and proactive customer follow-upsMonitor tender volumes and identify variances in awarded businessTrack customer expectations, scorecards, and feedback to help improve account performanceBuild and manage tenders while maintaining required reporting platformsPartner with Carrier Sales to ensure freight is covered and rates are adjusted when neededCoordinate with Track & Trace to resolve load escalations and service issuesMaintain visibility into overall freight operations and priority shipmentsWork closely with Account Managers to execute account business plansHelp resolve billing and credit issues before month-endMaintain account SOPs and ensure information remains accurate and up to dateCollaborate across departments to deliver a consistent customer experience
What We’re Looking For✔ Advanced English — spoken and written✔ 1+ years of experience in logistics or transportation, with a focus on operations, sales, or account support✔ Strong customer relationship and communication skills✔ Excellent organization, multitasking, and attention to detail✔ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment✔ Strong problem-solving and time management skills✔ Experience with or ability to quickly learn TMS and CRM platforms✔ Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office✔ Professional, dependable, and solutions-oriented mindset✔ High school diploma required; Associate degree preferred
