Accountant – Construction / Contracting Experience

We are looking for a qualified accountant with experience in the construction/contracting industry to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of project accounting, supplier and subcontractor payments, VAT compliance, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily accounting transactions and bookkeeping
• Prepare client invoices and bank reconciliations
• Monitor project costs and budget tracking
• Handle contractors' accounts and payments
• Prepare VAT returns and financial reports
• Maintain proper accounting records and documentation
• Assist in monthly closing and audit activities
• Prepare labor timekeeping

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum 3 years of experience in construction/contracting companies
• Knowledge of UAE VAT regulations
• Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software
• Strong MS Excel skills
• UAE experience preferred
• Immediate joiners will be an advantage
