ACCOUNTING STAFF

We are looking for a dedicated, trustworthy, and detail-oriented individual to handle our accounting and financial records.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate of Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Financial Management or any related course
- Knowledgeable in bookkeeping and accounting principles
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (an advantage)
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills
- Honest, responsible, and able to maintain confidentiality
- Can work independently and meet deadlines
- Experience is an advantage, but motivated fresh graduates are welcome to apply

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare and maintain financial records
- Process billing, payroll, and company expenses
- Monitor accounts receivable and payable
- Prepare financial reports and assist with reconciliations
- Ensure accuracy of all accounting transactions
