Job Overview
An established accounting firm is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Accounting Staff to join our team in Davao City. This is an entry-level position designed for individuals looking to gain robust, practical experience in the accounting industry. Intensive training will be provided to help you build a solid career foundation.

Key Qualifications
Education: Strictly a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy graduate.
Experience: Fresh graduates are highly preferred; no prior experience required.
Location: Must be a resident of Davao City, Davao del Sur, Davao del Norte, or currently a temporary resident in Davao City.
Skills: Strong attention to detail, basic proficiency in MS Excel, and a strong willingness to learn.

Duties & Responsibilities
Assist in preparing financial statements and basic bookkeeping reports.
Process, verify, and reconcile daily financial documents and invoices.
Support senior accountants during tax filing seasons and client audits.
Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for client data.
