About the role
Wonnapob is seeking an Accounting Supervisor to manage payment records, credit control, collections, rebates, invoicing, accounts payable controls, and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Receive and verify payment requests; record and balance Pallet Receipts with daily deposits, update records, and confirm deposits.
- Prepare and distribute weekly payment summaries, update Pallet SOA balances and movement using bank statements, and notify bank reconciliation reports regularly.
- Monitor overdue accounts, update Over Credit Balance (OCB) with actions, and assist sales with credit limits and recommendations based on payment history.
- Follow up with debtors on instructions and recovery plans, including calls, emails, visits, and promised plan completion.
- Follow up on rebate payments with customers and branches; review transactions, items, and supporting documents; prepare monthly accrual, paid, and outstanding summaries.
- Review invoices for accuracy and correct GST calculations, match invoices with supporting documents, update the AP report to Accounting, maintain the G/L and trial balances, and prepare a monthly AP report.
- Provide weekly and monthly reporting on debt collection, preparation, and rebates; share rebate status and updates with management and branches, and notify them of issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 3–5 years of experience in Accounting, Accounts Payable, or Accounts Receivable.
- Credit control and collection experience, including receivables and collections.
