Accounts Receivable Analyst

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.1+ years of experience in Cash Application, Collections, or Accounts Receivable.Experience working with an ERP system.Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills.High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
Key Responsibilities
Apply customer payments to outstanding invoices accurately and on time within the ERP system.Research and resolve unapplied or unidentified payments by coordinating with customers and internal teams.Process customer invoices and ensure they are delivered to the appropriate contacts.Monitor Accounts Receivable aging, follow up on past-due invoices, and support collection efforts.Prepare A/R aging reports and provide updates on key accounts, collection status, and recommended actions.Support month-end close activities, including bank reconciliations, cash application reconciliations, and Accounts Receivable reconciliations.Maintain and reconcile Unapplied Cash and Client Refund accounts.Partner with internal departments and external banking partners to resolve payment issues and improve cash management processes.Support year-end audit requests by providing invoice and cash receipt documentation.
