Key Responsibilities Conduct assessments of active members to evaluate their engagement and needs. Analyze data collected from member assessments to identify trends and areas for improvement. Provide feedback and recommendations based on assessment findings to relevant stakeholders. Participate in regular volunteer team meetings to discuss progress and share insights. Support development of training materials and resources for member engagement. Assist in organizing workshops and events aimed at enhancing member participation. Maintain accurate records of assessments and follow-up actions. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience in community engagement or volunteer work is a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
